Here at Enchanted Forest we strive to help our clients in any way we can. There is no guarantee that a spell, potion, or ritual will work. It's all about the person(s) involved, and how much energy is being used.
Or sometimes fate simply has other plans for you or that other person.
Refunds will be excepted for material items only and only if they are damaged goods. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the purchased item. Upon return and inspection of the item you will then receive a refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
There are NO refunds on potions, spells, or Readings. If you aren't satisfied with what you received please let us know, so we can take action to better meet your needs.
